The third release from Edinburgh's Holyrood Distillery was crafted using a variety of specialty malts and yeasts, including Caramalt and 5 types of Brewer's Yeasts .

Aiming for a 'deliciously sticky and sweet' profile, the whisky was primarily matured in first fill bourbon barrels, with some input from oloroso casks.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – Caramel, creamy fudge, Demerara sugar and tablet.

Palate – Red fruits and vanilla.

Finish – Biscuity, velvet texture. Mouth watering, slightly astringent. Hint of savoury at the very end.
