Shipping policy

For all orders outwith the City of Edinburgh we use a 3rd Party Shipping agent, DHL. All orders will be processed for delivery within 48hours of receiving the order and a dispatch receipt will be sent.

On occasions, the delivery may take longer due to bank holidays and other events.

All orders received on a Friday will be delivered the following week.

For all orders WITHIN Edinburgh city limits, we deliver on Wednesdays or Fridays between 10am and 5pm. Should you have a specific delivery request, please contact us directly.

Orders can be collected from the shops during opening hours. Please give at least 2 hours between purchase and collection. The option to collect is available at checkout.
