Winemaking: From a biodynamically farmed parcel of Welschriesling planted in the chalky, gravelly Gebühl vineyard. The wine was fermented naturally with a small percentage of whole bunches. It was macerated on the skins before being aged on the lees in old oak French barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
