Grape Varieties: Garnatxa, Trepat

Vineyards: Located in Blancafort , La Conca de BarberĂ  (Tarragona), at 400 m above sea level.

Trepat: Old Vineyards goblet with orgĂ nic certification, orientation N-S.

Garnatxa: Young vineyard 14 years old and Orientation E-W.

Elaboration: Fermentation with indigenous yeast and maceration during 10 days with the skins.

Subsequent  bleeding and storage in clay amphoras on the lees during 6 months. No added sulfites.
