We typically aim for a very restrained yeast expression in our lagers, but this time we’ve really accentuated the character of our house strain.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eMany bags of Citra hops later and we’ve got one of the most archetypally Newbarns beers we’ve ever made.
