Dry, medium-bodied and beautifully balanced.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"title\"\u003eProducer Profile: The Biscardo Family have been making wine from their base in Soave for over 150 years and are currently led by brothers Maurizio and Martino.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"title\"\u003eViticulture: This vines grow on a tufaceous soil, which gives its particular minerality. There are only around 12 ha of vines growing the grapes for this wine, with the Garganega coming from an ancient vineyard, therefore an extremely limited yield is produced.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"title\"\u003eWinemaking: Produced at a very low controlled temperature, around 13° to 14°C, with a fermentation that lasts about 2 months.
